Work description

Lokale Orbits started as a sequence of pieces for solo instrument and tape, whereby sounds, played by the musicians concerned, were recorded for further processing.
Trio 1 unfolds alongside a percussive electronic layer of piano sounds. Their proportional weight is changing during the development of the piece. A simultaneous process of disintegration is leading to a second combination type of instrumental part and tape.
